Heritage of Bel-Air is a skilled nursing facility that has a tradition of providing quality care to residents who need personal assistance, rehabilitation services, or other special personal assistance. These services are provided in an atmosphere of dignity and respect by our highly qualified professional staff.

The residents of our 108-bed facility enjoy a full range of activities and services. We offer an attractive activity and dining area, an in-house beautician, physical, speech and occupational therapy and a beautiful chapel. A wheelchair-equipped van is available for physician appointments and scheduled outings.

Heritage of Bel-Air is approved for Medicare and Medicaid. Our rehabilitation program assists residents in achieving their highest level of functioning. Many return home and follow up with outpatient therapy. Hospice services are also available to complete our continuum of care provided.

Skilled and dedicated staff come to know residents like family. Special care and true concern for each person's  well-being are hallmarks of Heritage of Bel-Air. A Registered Dietician oversees the meal plans for all residents on regular or special need diets. Medical needs for all residents are provided by local physicians under the watchful eye of a Medical Director.
