Job Title: Dietary Aide/Cook
Salary: NA
Job Description/Requirements: Provide nutritionally balanced meals in a timely manner. Must have a strong desire to relate to and work with the elderly and possess high personal integrity, a caring attitude and portray a positive image. Must take pride in your work and have the ability to understand and interpret either verbal or written directions, read labels on chemicals, cleaning solutions, cookbooks, etc. and understand the responsibilities that come with working with these products as well as the necessary equipment and supplies in the dietary department. This position requires knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, customer service and communication skills.
Hours: Part time to full time (24-32 hours per week)
Shift: 11:00 a.m. or 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and 3 weekends per month
